Learning Management System Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions: By purchasing a course on our online learning management system, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Course access: Upon purchase of a course, you will have access to the training content for a period of 30 days. Access to the course will be automatically terminated after the 30-day period unless you purchase additional access.

3. Refund policy: All sales are final sale and no refunds will be issued. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may contact us at info@isop.solutions.

4. Intellectual property: All training content and materials provided through our online learning management system are the property of ISOP Solutions, Inc. and are protected by copyright laws. You may not distribute, sell, or reproduce these materials without written permission from ISOP Solutions, Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: ISOP Solutions, Inc. does not warrant that the online learning management system or any of its content will be uninterrupted or error-free. The online learning management system and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Limitation of liability: ISOP Solutions, Inc. is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the online learning management system or its content, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

8. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Entire agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ISOP Solutions, Inc. and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
