The following skills, education and experience is preferred for all applicants: 

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B solutions sales/consulting 

  • Experience in the International Standards of Organization (ISO) is mandatory. 

  • Consultative solution sales approach and mindset with the ability to offer perspective and technically oriented suggestions based on business/industry knowledge. 

  • Ability to facilitate and arrange high-level meetings, build pipelines, and execute business deals. 

  • Proven use of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive and close new sales. 

  • Positive attitude, multitasking, and great interpersonal skills –team driven. 

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction. 

  • Must possess strong negotiation skills and have ability to manage contractual arrangements with Senior and C-level prospects. 

  • Ability to communicate technical information as relevant to business solutions. 

  • Strong consulting, CRM, pipeline management, follow up, and closing skills. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and interaction skills.

  • Prepare Action Plans 

  • Deliver Client Proposals

  • Grow Pipeline of Prospective Customers 

  • Convert Leads into Sales
